Laxodal 7.5mg/ml Oral Solution 30ml

Laxodal 7.5mg/ml Oral Solution is indicated for all forms of constipation.

Active substances: Sodium picosulfate.

Sodium Picosulfate belongs to the group of phenolic laxatives defined as “secretagogues”, a term that better defines its main action on the transport and intestinal hydroelectrolytic concentration.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults and children over 10 years: 10-20 drops (5-10 mg). Children 4 to 10 years: 5-10 drops (2.5-5 mg). Children under 4 years: 0.250 mg/kg body weight.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. Laxodal is also contraindicated in intestinal obstruction, prolonged use, overdose; and fluid and electrolyte deficits (risks in children and the elderly).
