In the event of a dispute that is not related to the dispensation of drugs or medical devices, nor to the provision of pharmaceutical services, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity.

Farmácia Nova da Maia declares that it is not bound, either by adherence or by legal imposition, to any of the referred centers, and is not obliged to participate in the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure or linked to the respective result, when a consumer has filed a complaint before an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity.
