Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return the desired item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Refunds are made within 14 days of the return notice date and only after we have received the returned goods. The cost of the return is at the customer's expense.
For reasons of health protection, hygiene, susceptibility to deterioration and impossibility of resending, medicines, medical devices, food supplements, food, equipment and articles of personal use, as well as hygiene and dermocosmetic products are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, therefore, the return of this type of items will not be accepted.

What to do if I receive my order with errors?
We dedicate the utmost attention to the process of sending orders, in order to guarantee a reduced number of failures. If this happens, please fill in the following Form. Wait for our response with the best solution for the incidence.
If you have to send us a product received in error, the return costs will be borne by the pharmacy.
What to do if an item arrives damaged?
We prepare your order with the utmost care to ensure that all items arrive safely at your home. Upon delivery, you must inspect the packaging and the products shipped in order to check for any damage, following the following procedures:
1. Inspect the package of the order. If you find that there are signs of anomalies (dented, open, torn packaging, etc.) you must refuse and specifically record these anomalies in the delivery document of the courier or postman. Farmácia Nova da Maia will refund the amounts paid for the order and transport as soon as it receives and completes the return process at its headquarters.
2. If the packaging is intact, accept the order, but check the contents anyway. If you detect any damage (broken, dented, wet, leaking product, etc.) make a concrete record of these anomalies in the delivery document of the courier or postman, specifying which products are damaged. The order, once delivered and/or opened, cannot be refused, as the postman/courier does not accept it. Farmácia Nova da Maia will reimburse the amounts paid for damaged products as soon as, at its headquarters, it receives the information from the carrier and completes the return process.
If you receive a damaged volume/product and do not carry out these procedures, Farmácia Nova da Maia will not be held responsible for damage to the ordered items.
