Casenlax 10g Oral Solution 20x20ml

Casenlax 10g Oral Solution is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of constipation in adults and children from 8 years of age.

Active substances: 10g of Macrogol 4000.

Dosage and method of administration:

Take 1 to 2 sachets per day, preferably in a single dose in the morning. It is recommended to drink 125 ml of liquid (e.g., water) after each dose. The effect of Casenlax occurs 24 to 48 hours after administration. The daily dose should be adjusted according to clinical effects and may vary from one sachet every two days (especially in children) to two sachets per day. Treatment should be discontinued gradually and resumed if constipation recurs. For children, treatment should not last more than 3 months due to a lack of clinical data on treatments exceeding 3 months. The restoration of bowel movements induced by treatment will be maintained by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and diet.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients mentioned. Severe inflammatory bowel disease (such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease) or toxic megacolon, related to symptomatic stenosis. Digestive perforation or risk of digestive perforation. Ileus or suspected intestinal obstruction. Painful abdominal syndromes of undetermined cause.
