Homatrocil 1mg/ml Eye Drops 5ml

Homatrocil is a veterinary medicine indicated for the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the eyeball and attached structures, namely in situations of conjunctivitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, anterior uveitis (in the absence of corneal ulcers) and for reducing inflammation after eye surgery. The veterinary medicinal product is also indicated for the treatment of immune-mediated pathologies of the eyeball and adnexal structures, such as eosinophilic keratitis, chronic superficial keratitis, equine recurrent uveitis. It is primarily intended for inflammatory situations and should not be used alone in acute infectious pathology of the eye.

Active substances: Dexamethasone phosphate 1 mg/ml.

Target species: Sport dogs, cats and horses.

Dosage and route of administration:

The dosage as well as the duration of treatment must be established by the veterinarian, case by case. The product should be applied topically to the ocular mucosa (in the internal angle) 4 times a day. Treatment should not be ended abruptly.
