Hextril 1mg/ml Oral Solution 400ml

Hextril 1mg/ml Oral Solution is indicated for use in minor mouth infections, including candidiasis, as an adjunct in the prevention and treatment of gingivitis and in the management of pharyngeal complications and recurrent aphthous ulcers. Hextril is also indicated in halitosis and in dental surgery in pre and post operative care. It is also indicated in oral hygiene, including the prevention and control of dental plaque.

Active substances: Hexetidine.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults and children over 6 years: Topical administration into the oral cavity. Swish or gargle with at least 15 ml of undiluted solution two or three times a day. Do not swallow. Hextril should not be diluted before use. Children under 6 years: Not recommended.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients.
