Hydrasol Lamons provides all necessary electrolytes including Chlorine, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium. It also incorporates Citrate and Acetate that regulate the acid/base balance at the blood level. Provides Glucose as an energy source.

Features:

  • The presence of calcium, magnesium and substances with a buffer effect allows its use in a wide range of species (calves, pigs, lambs,…).
  • Its administration is indicated in: Generally, in all species, to provide electrolytes for critical stages of growth, diarrheal processes, heat or vaccinations. Neonatal diarrhea with electrolyte loss, acid/base imbalance and dehydration. Dehydration of females in the postpartum period due to loss of fluids, fatigue and reluctance to ingest food and water. Lactation animals for the prevention of ketosis, hypocalcemia or hypomagnesaemia. Animals in situations that need to be rehydrated or support electrolytes such as: dehydration, cannibalism, diarrhea.

Directions for use:

It should be defined by the Veterinary Doctor as follows: 0.5 - 1 ml / liter of drinking water to increase the intake of drinking water and provide electrolytes. 1-2 ml/liter of drinking water to prevent dehydration and correct electrolyte balance. 5-10 ml/liter of drinking water in high-risk cases to restore fluid and electrolyte balance.

Periods: Transport: Administration should start 3 days before and extend 1-2 days after transport. Vaccination: Administration should start 1 day before and continue for 3 days after. Heat periods: During the entire heat period. Lactation periods: for 15 days after delivery to facilitate milk discharge and improve calcium and magnesium balance. Posture: During the first 15 days of laying. Pathologies associated with dehydration (diarrhea, cannibalism, etc.): during the entire period.
