Pankreoflat 60 tablets

Pankreoflat it is indicated in the excessive accumulation of abdominal gases of various ethologies,  meteorism, flatulence, aerophagia, aerocolia as it occurs for ex. in irritable bowel syndrome, in Römheld syndrome. Pain due to abdominal distension. Infarction. Preparation of patients for radiological diagnosis of abdominal, renal and bone and for various digestive endoscopies.

Active substances: Pancreatin 172.00mg and Dimethicone 80.00mg.

Posology and method of administration:

1 to 2 coated tablets at 3 meals. In preparing patients for abdominal exams, one of the important indications is 3 tablets 3 times a day, in the days preceding the exam and 2 tablets in the morning of the exam, on an empty stomach.

Contraindications:

It should not be used in acute pancreatitis, nor in exacerbations of chronic pancreatitis. Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.

According to current legislation, medicines not subject to a prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
