Milbemax Cats 2 tablets

Milbemax Cats is indicated in cats for the treatment of mixed infections caused by adult tapeworms and nematodes.

It comes in the form of film-coated tablets for cats weighing over 2 kg.

Active substances: Milbemycin oxime 16mg and Praziquantel 40mg.

Milbemycin oxime is active against mites, larval and adult stages of nematodes and against larvae of Dirofilaria immitis . Praziquantel is active against tapeworms and trematodes.

Target species: Felines (cats).

Dosage and route of administration:

Minimum recommended dose: 2 mg milbemycin oxime and 5 mg praziquantel per kg, in a single dose, orally. The veterinary medicinal product should be administered with or after food. This ensures optimum protection against heartworm disease. Depending on the cat's body weight, the practical doses are as follows: 2 - 4 kg: ½ tablet. > 4 - 8 kg: 1 tablet. > 8 - 12 kg: 1 and ½ tablets
