Directions for use:

For children under 16 years of age, application must be done by an adult. Open the sachet, remove the protective film and apply directly to dry skin. Press lightly to ensure good adhesion, avoiding creases. The plaster heats up gradually and reaches the ideal temperature approximately 30 minutes after application. Use for a maximum of 8 hours on the same area. Remove gently after use.
