Urgo Filmogel Stop Gnawed Nails is a very bitter invisible varnish developed to help stop biting your nails.

Directions for use:

The bitter varnish is applied like any normal nail polish. For best results, apply the varnish once a day, preferably in the morning after bathing. A thin layer of varnish is sufficient. Repeat the operation if the nail has not been completely covered after the first application. The varnish will be completely invisible after drying. It can be removed with any normal varnish remover.
