Zaflex 10mg/g Gel 100g

Zaflex 10mg/g Gel is indicated as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent in the treatment of: mild to moderate muscle pain, bruises and post-traumatic pain.

Active substance : 10mg/g diclofenac.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults: Apply thin layers of Zaflex to the affected area, 3 to 4 times a day as needed (a cherry or walnut-sized amount) and rub in gently. The duration of treatment depends on the indications and the patient's response to treatment. It is recommended that treatment be evaluated two weeks after initiation. Children: Zaflex is not recommended for children under the age of 12 years, as there are no studies establishing safety and efficacy in this group of patients. Hepatic insufficiency patients: No dosage adjustment is necessary in these patients. Renal Insufficiency Patients: Zaflex is contraindicated in this group of patients. After application, wash hands, except when they are being treated. Zaflex can be used as an additional treatment to the oral administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which may appear in the form of asthma, hives or other allergic reactions.
