Sulidor 30mg/g Gel is indicated for the symptomatic relief of pain associated with sprains and acute traumatic tendinitis.
Active substances: 30mg/g nimesulide.
Dosage and method of administration:
Adults: Nimesulide 30 mg/g gel (usually 3 g, corresponding to a 6-7 cm long line) should be applied in a thin layer over the affected area, 2-3 times a day, and massaged until completely absorbed. . The duration of treatment should be 7 to 15 days. Children under 12 years: Nimesulide 30 mg/g gel has not been studied in children. The drug should not be used in children as its safety and effectiveness have not been established.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. Use in patients in whom acetylsalicylic acid or other drugs that inhibit prostaglandin synthesis have induced allergic reactions such as rhinitis, urticaria or bronchospasm. Use in breakouts of the skin or in the presence of local infection. Simultaneous use with other topical creams. Use in children under the age of 12 years.
