Mobilisin 30mg/g+2mg/g Cream is indicated for the local treatment of: inflammatory disorders of muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, in rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondyloarthritis and others, as an adjunct, when indicated; in rheumatic diseases degenerative (arthrosis, including those of the spine), as an adjunct, when indicated; in abarticular rheumatic diseases (myalgia, tenosynovitis, tendinitis, periarthritis).

Active substances: 30mg/g of Flufenamic Acid and 2mg/g of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate.

The marked anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of flufenamic acid are based on its action on the metabolism of arachidonic acid: inhibition of the synthesis of prostaglandins and leukotrienes. As an inhibitor of catabolic enzymes, mucopolysaccharide polysulfate acts on the degradation processes of inflamed tissue.

Dosage and method of administration:

Unless otherwise indicated by a doctor, apply 5 to 10 cm of cream 3 to 4 times a day, with light massage, on the affected area. Mobilisin cream has been shown to be effective when used in combination with physical therapy. It can be used in massage, phonophoresis and iontophoresis. In iontophoresis it must be applied under the cathode. The average duration of treatment is 2 to 3 weeks.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. Contraindicated in patients with renal impairment. It should not be used in children under 14 years of age, nor during pregnancy and lactation, as there is not enough data on its use in these cases.

If in doubt or if symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

In accordance with current legislation, non-prescription medicines in Portugal can only be delivered to the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
