Cycle 3 It is indicated for the treatment of symptoms related to venolymphatic insufficiency: heavy and painful legs, cramps, tingling, paraesthesia.
Active substances: 150 mg of dry extract of Ruscus aculeatus titrated to sterolic heterosides, 150 mg of hesperidin methyl chalcone and 100 mg of ascorbic acid.
The venotonic effect of Ruscus aculeatus extract is exerted by an adrenergic-like mechanism at two levels: direct effect as an agonist of postsynaptic alpha-adrenergic receptors in the vascular wall smooth cell, indirect effect by releasing noradrenaline stored in nerve endings of presynaptic receptors.
Posology and method of administration:
The usual dosage is 3 capsules a day. Orally. Capsules should be taken with a glass of water.
According to current legislation, medicines not subject to a prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
