Histacet 10mg 20 tablets

Histacet 10mg is indicated for the relief of nasal and ocular symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and for the relief of symptoms of urticaria, chronic idiopathic urticaria in adults and pediatric patients over 6 years of age.

Active substances: cetirizine 10mg.

Dosage and method of administration:

Children aged between 6 and 12 years: 5 mg twice a day (half a tablet twice a day). Adults and children over 12 years of age: 10 mg once daily (1 tablet). The tablets must be swallowed with a glass of liquid.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients or to hydroxyzine or any piperazine derivative. Patients with severe renal impairment who have a creatinine clearance of less than 10 ml/min.
