Nazonite 120mg 20 tablets

Nazonite 120mg is a medication indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older.

Active substance: Each film-coated tablet contains 120 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride, equivalent to 112 mg of fexofenadine.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults: The recommended dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride for adults is 120 mg daily, taken before a meal. Children aged 12 years and older: The recommended dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride for children aged 12 years and older is 120 mg once daily, taken before a meal. Children under 12 years: The efficacy and safety of fexofenadine hydrochloride 120 mg have not been studied in children under 12 years of age. No dose adjustment is necessary in elderly patients or those with renal or hepatic impairment. However, as available data are limited, fexofenadine should be administered with caution in these patients.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Children under 12 years of age due to a lack of efficacy and safety data.
