Nupercainal Ointment 20g

Nupercainal Ointment is indicated for the relief of pain and itching due to hemorrhoids, anal fissures, insect bites and stings, sunburn, minor burns of other origin. Senile pruritus and vulvar pruritus.

Active substances: cinchocaine hydrochloride.

Dosage and method of administration:

To apply 1-3 times a day, the amount of ointment should not exceed 10-15g (approximately 2/3 of the tube) per application. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 30g (capacity of one and a half tubes) in the case of adults, and 7g (1/3 of the tube in children). The amount of Nupercainal to use depends on the area and the intensity of the itching or pain. On mucous membranes, the ointment should be applied at the lowest possible effective dose. When treating painful or inflamed skin or mucous areas, the ointment should be spread lightly and carefully. If the skin is intact and if a deep effect is desired, it is advisable to massage the product, without fear of causing irritation.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. In isolated cases allergic reactions in the form of contact dermatitis may occur.
