Blephagel Duo is a sterile hypoallergenic gel for daily hygiene of the eyelids and eyelashes accompanied by compresses for its application.

Features:

  • Sterile gel formulated for gentle and manual cleaning of irritated or injured eyelids, or sensitive skin or with a tendency to allergic reactions.
  • The formula facilitates the adhesion of the product to the eyelids.
  • Contains poloxamer that emulsifies, solubilizes and gently removes mucus and residues from the eyelids and the base of the eyelashes.
  • Respects the natural hydration of the eyelid.
  • It refreshes, softens and soothes the eyelids.
  • Leaves no residue, is not oily or sticky.
  • Eyelid hygiene is recommended by ophthalmologists in the following situations: blepharitis (anterior and posterior) (inflammation of the eyelids); dry eye associated with dysfunction of the meibomius glands (glands located inside the eyelids that do not work properly); lesions in the eye and eyelids due to acne rosacea (a disease of the skin of the face with redness); eye and eyelid lesions due to seborrheic dermatitis (a skin disease of the face with redness and peeling). Eyelid hygiene can also be recommended in case of surgery when careful cleaning of the eyelids and the base of the lashes is necessary.
  • It can be recommended for contact lens wearers.

Directions for use:

Apply twice a day, morning and night, or as many times as necessary to clean your eyelids. On first use, carefully squeeze the front of the tube (over the Théa symbol) for 3 seconds to push the gel towards the dispenser. Then, turn the tube down and press the dispenser 3 times. When pressing the dispenser, place a small amount of Blephagel on a compress (do not squeeze the tube). Remove the gel residues left on the end of the tube with the pad. With the help of a mirror, close one eye and gently apply the gel to the closed eyelid and the base of the lashes. With circular movements, gently massage the eyelids and the base of the eyelashes several times, until all residues are removed. Remove excess Blephagel from the eyelid with a clean compress. Repeat these 4 steps for the other eye.
