Directions for use:

Roll the earplug tightly along the long end. Lift your ear upwards to align the ear canal and, with your other hand, insert the compressed earplug deeply. Hold the earplug in place until it is fully expanded and seals the ear canal. If the earplug doesn't fit well or comes out on its own, it probably doesn't fit the shape of your ear canal. In that case, it's best to try a different model.
