Directions for use:

Adjust the size of the plug: if necessary, reduce its size by removing part of the material to adjust to your need. Mold in the shape of a ball and place it at the entrance of the ear canal. Press lightly. Do not insert deeply. To remove, press on the back of the ear and remove the plug with your fingers. Never use a hard object to assist with removal.
