Directions for use:

Shake before use. Take 5 drops daily. The air vent on the inside of the plastic cap should be facing upwards. Tilt the bottle at a 45º angle to slowly form a drop. The drops can be administered with a spoon, directly onto the mother's breast, or added to breast milk, milk, or another beverage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake and keep out of reach of children.
