Dinaxil 60mg+2.5mg 20 tablets

Dinaxil 60mg+2.5mg is indicated for the short-term symptomatic treatment of flu-like conditions, colds and allergic or vasomotor rhinitis, such as nasal congestion, sneezing, rhinorrhea. Dinaxil is indicated for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.

Active substance : 60 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and 2.5 mg of triprolidine hydrochloride.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adolescents over 12 years and adults: 1 tablet three or four times a day at the end of meals. If you don't feel better or if it gets worse after 5 days, you need to see a doctor. Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets (240 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and 10 mg of triprolidine hydrochloride). Elderly: The same dose as for adults is usually adequate. Liver and/or renal function should be monitored and, in case of severe impairment, caution is advised. If you are a patient with impaired hepatic or renal function (liver or kidney problems), you should inform your doctor of this as it may be necessary to carry out tests with some frequency to adjust the dose. Orally.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Patients undergoing treatment or who have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors up to two weeks before, since concomitant administration may cause hypertension. If you are a patient with a history of cardiovascular disease, in particular if you have hypertension or severe coronary disease. Newborns or premature infants. Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
