La Roche-Posay Effaclar K+ Gel is a renewal care for oily skin with imperfections that transforms and refines the skin's grain (skin with uneven texture). It is especially indicated in situations of acne in adulthood.

Characteristics:

It has a gentle micro-exfoliating action, favoring the elimination of impurities that accumulate in the pores, removing excess dead cells, descaling and smoothing the skin's grain, leaving it smoother.
It helps to close the pores leaving the skin cleaner and thinner.
Aquagel texture, non-greasy, fast-absorbing mattifier.
After 2 months, remaining efficacy demonstrated in a clinical study on imperfections and blackheads.

Usage advice:

Apply morning and/or evening on a properly cleansed and dry face. Avoid the eye contour. Can be used as a make-up base.
