Directions for use:

For adults only. Take 2 capsules a day, at breakfast, with a glass of water. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. (Caffeine content of approximately 33mg per recommended daily dose). Because it contains caffeine, it may cause gastrointestinal disorders, irritability or insomnia in more sensitive individuals.
