Cetosil SG is a complementary feed for the treatment of ketosis in dairy cows and sheep.
Characteristics:
- Effective in the prevention and treatment of ketosis before and after childbirth, metabolic or digestive conditions related to negative energy balance (NEB), and other undefined immunosuppressive situations.
- Contains ingredients with glycogenic energy sources.
Directions for use:
Shake well before use. Dairy cows, orally: 3.3 dl/cow/day (prevention) or 5.5 dl/cow/day (keto recovery) immediately after calving. Sheep, orally: 30 to 50 ml per head/day (prevention) in the last 10/15 days before lambing. Note: Can also be mixed with UNIFEED. For ketosis recovery, follow the instructions of the attending veterinarian. A dietician or veterinarian should be consulted before using this feed or before extending its use.
