Calibol 4bolus

Calibol is a calcium bolus that contains a combination of calcium chloride, calcium propionate and magnesium, which together effectively prevent milk fever.

Features:

• It dissolves rapidly in the ruminal fluid (15 minutes), rapidly increasing the concentration of calcium in the blood.
• It is not corrosive to the ruminal mucosa.
• Effects: ensures high levels of calcium in the blood; prevents milk fever or hypocalcaemia and optimizes the function of the rumen.

Directions for use:

Before and after calving to prevent hypocalcaemia in dairy cows: 1 bolus immediately after calving and 1 bolus 12 hours later.
After intravenous calcium infusion: 1 bolus 2 hours after the infusion and 1 bolus 12 hours later. As a preventive treatment, use CaliBol® on cows in the 3rd and 4th lactation and older cows. It is easy, quick and clean to administer using the bolus applicator.
