Calmurofel 120 capsules

Calmurofel is a product for veterinary use specifically recommended for cats with feline idiopathic cystitis. The combination of all Calmurofel ingredients helps to maintain and recover the inner layer of glycosaminoglycans in the urinary bladder in cats and to reduce the impact of major risk factors, such as stress and obesity.

Idiopathic cystitis is the most common cause (of 65% of non-obstructive cases) of lower urinary tract diseases in cats under 10 years of age. This is also the result of complex interactions between the various systems in the body, including the bladder, the nervous system and other external factors. Cats that are most likely to suffer from feline idiopathic cystitis are sedentary, have been neutered, are fed dry diets and live with several cats. These are the conditions that cause stress and obesity in cats, two of the risk factors for feline idiopathic cystitis.

• Oralvisc is a patented formula of hyaluronic acid that helps to regulate excess body weight, reduce the level in the serum of leptin, the hormone involved in the obesity process.

Directions for use:

Administer daily, at least for 15 days, according to the cat's weight: 3 kg: 2 capsules a day. In chronic cases, a maintenance dose can be made, depending on the appearance of clinical signs. > 3 kg: 1 capsule per day.
