Drontal compimidos is an anthelmintic drug designed to fight infections by nematodes and cestodes in cats.

Active substances:

  • Pyrantel embonate 230.0 mg
  • Praziquantel 20.0 mg

Posology and method of administration:

Route of administration: oral.

The recommended dose is a single administration of 5 mg of praziquantel and 57.5 mg of pyrantel embonate per kg body weight (equivalent to 1 tablet per 4 kg body weight).

The tablets can be administered directly or mixed with food. No dietary measures are necessary.
