SP Worms 100g

SP Vermes is a product with proven effectiveness thanks to its action on intestinal parasites caused by nematodes. It is especially indicated for the treatment of the following intestinal nematodes sensitive to piperazine citrate: Pigs ( Ascaris suum , Oesophagostomum , Macracanthorrynchus ); Chickens ( Ascaridia galli , Heterakis gallinae , Capillaria ).

Target species: Pigs, chickens and broilers.

Active substance: Piperazine Citrate, 100g.

The predominant effect of Piperazine on Ascarids is paralysis of the worms resulting in their expulsion by intestinal peristalsis.

Dosage and route of administration:

Orally, administered in drinking water. The recommended dosage is as follows: Swine: 200 mg/kg of body weight. Chickens: 125 mg/kg of body weight. Dissolve in drinking water. It is advisable to withhold food and water 4 hours before administering the medication.
