Medicinal product for veterinary use in dogs containing 0.584 mg / ml hydrocortisone aceponate.

Hydrocortisone aceponate is a topical corticoid with a strong intrinsic glucocorticoid activity, which translates into the relief of inflammation and itching, leading to a rapid improvement in dermatological lesions seen in cases of inflammatory and pruritic dermatoses.

Do not apply to skin ulcers.

Dosage:

Before proceeding with administration, place the spray pump in the bottle. The veterinary medicinal product is applied by activating the spray pump, at a distance of about 10 cm from the area to be treated.

The recommended dose is 1.52 µg of hydrocortisone aceponate / cm^two of affected skin per day. This dose can be achieved with two activations of the spray pump on a surface to be treated equivalent to a 10 cm x 10 cm square.

Repeat the treatment daily for 7 consecutive days. Care must be taken to avoid spraying the animal's eyes. Presented as a volatile spray, the application of this veterinary medicine does not require any massage. In the case of conditions requiring long-term treatment, the responsible veterinarian should consider using the veterinary medicinal product based on the benefit / risk assessment.

If symptoms do not improve within 7 days, treatment should be reevaluated by the veterinarian.
