Veinofytol 42 tablets

Veinofytol is a non-prescription medicine indicated for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency in adults, characterized by swollen legs, varicose veins, heaviness, pain, tiredness, itching, tension, and cramps in the calves.

Active substance: Each gastro-resistant tablet contains 192 mg – 258 mg of dry extract of Aesculus hippocastanum L. (Horse Chestnut) seeds, corresponding to 21 mg of triterpenic glycosides, calculated as protoaescigenin.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults and elderly: 1 tablet twice a day. Use is not recommended in adolescents under 18 years of age due to a lack of safety and efficacy data. Duration of use: At least 4 weeks of treatment may be necessary before any beneficial effect is observed. In case of long-term use, treatment should be periodically evaluated by a doctor. Method of administration: Oral use. The tablets should be swallowed with a large glass of water.

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
