Daflon 500 60 tablets

Daflon 500 is a medicine used to treat symptoms and signs related to venous insufficiency (heavy legs, pain, tiredness, edema) and symptomatic treatment of hemorrhoidal crisis.

Active substances: Bioflavonoids (micronized purified flavonoid fraction). Each 500 mg film-coated tablet contains: 90% diosmin, i.e. 450 mg per film-coated tablet, 10% flavonoids expressed as hesperidin, i.e. 50 mg per film-coated tablet.

Dosage and method of administration:

Always take DAFLON 500 according to your doctor's instructions. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions. The usual dose is 2 coated tablets per day. In hemorrhoidal crisis: -in the first 4 days: 6 coated tablets divided into 3 doses, -in the following 3 days: 4 coated tablets divided into 2 doses; then return to the maintenance dosage: 2 coated tablets per day.

According to current legislation, medicines not subject to medical prescription, in Portugal, can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
