Directions for use:
Brush your teeth after each meal, up to 3 times a day. For immediate relief of sensitivity, apply a small amount directly to the sensitive area and massage gently with your fingertip for 1 minute, up to twice a day. Children under 12 years: do not use for direct application to teeth.
