Strepfen Honey and Lemon 16 tablets

Strepfen Honey and Lemon belongs to the group of drugs called Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), which act by altering the way the body responds to pain, swelling and high temperature. It is used for the relief of sore throat symptoms, such as inflammation, pain, difficulty swallowing and swelling.

Active substance: flurbiprofen

Posology and method of administration:

Take this medicine exactly as described in the leaflet, or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

For adults and children aged 12 and over. Do not administer these tablets to children under 12 years of age.

- Take 1 lozenge and slowly dissolve it in your mouth.

- Always move the tablet in the mouth while it dissolves.

- The tablet should start working within 30 minutes.

- From there take a tablet every 3-6 hours, if necessary.

- Do not take more than 5 tablets in 24 hours.

These tablets are for short-term treatments only. You should take as few pills as possible for the shortest amount of time needed to relieve symptoms. Do not take Strepfen Orange without sugar for more than 3 days, unless your doctor recommends it. If your symptoms do not improve or if they get worse, or if new symptoms appear, such as a bacterial infection, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.

According to the legislation in force, medicines not subject to medical prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
