Benzac Wash 5 100g

Benzac Wash 5 it is indicated for the skin treatment of mild to moderate acne when there are comedones, papules and pustules. Benzac Wash 5 is suitable for treating acne on the face, chest and back.

Active substances: Benzoyl peroxide 50 mg (5%).

Benzoyl peroxide has an antimicrobial (broad spectrum), anti-inflammatory, keratolytic and comedolytic activity.

Posology and method of administration:

Benzac 5 is not recommended for newborns and children under the age of 12 due to a lack of data on safety and efficacy. Benzac 5 gel is intended for skin use. Benzac Wash 5 should be applied once or twice a day (depending on tolerability), covering the affected skin area. Moisten the area of the skin to be treated, apply the gel on your hands, massaging lightly with your fingertips until the product is completely penetrated. The time of contact with the skin should be 1 to 5 minutes, followed by an abundant wash with water and drying.

According to the legislation in force, medicines not subject to medical prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
