Farmoz Fusidic Acid 20mg/g Cream 15g

Fusidic Acid Farmoz 20mg/g is indicated for the treatment of non-severe, superficial, non-extensive, primary skin infections caused by micro-organisms sensitive to fusidic acid, especially infections caused by Staphylococcus. Consideration should be given to official recommendations on the proper use of antibacterials.

Dosage and method of administration:

Bare skin should be treated 3 times a day to get an adequate concentration of antibiotic at the infected site. If the skin is wrapped with a bandage (or protective bandage), less frequent application may be sufficient. Apply 2 to 3 times a day, on the affected areas, for a minimum of eight days. The cream is especially suitable for application on exposed areas.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
