Formulated to meet the nutritional needs of women in menopause and help reduce the climacteric symptoms associated with this period.
Flavia Nocta® is a food supplement that combines (m) vitamins (folic acid, vitamin D, B6 and B12), minerals (calcium and magnesium), soy extract and alpha-linolenic acid.
Flavia® was formulated to satisfy the nutritional needs of women in menopause and help to reduce the climacteric symptoms associated with this period, namely sleep problems, hot flashes, as well as the maintenance of bone and cardiovascular health.
Composition
Soy: soy is a plant that naturally contains a high concentration of isoflavones. These isoflavones are plant hormones with a structure very similar to that of female hormones.
(M): a (m) is a hormone produced by our body. Its production increases in the absence of light and is inhibited by the presence of light.
(M) levels decrease with age. In women, this moment coincides with menopause.
A (m) helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. It is reported that this beneficial effect is obtained by ingesting 1 mg of (m) just before bedtime.
Magnesium: magnesium is an essential mineral for the correct functioning of our organism as it intervenes in numerous important functions.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to a normal psychological function.
Folic Acid, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12: it is recommended a regular supply of these vitamins that contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Homocysteine is an amino acid (a fundamental part of protein) produced in the human body. Elevated levels of homocysteine in the blood are associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. B vitamins also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. On the other hand, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Calcium and Vitamin D: calcium is the most abundant mineral in the human body. It focuses almost entirely on the skeleton. At menopause, calcium needs increase. Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D can be synthesized in the skin by the action of the sun's ultraviolet rays. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and also to the maintenance of normal bones.
Alpha-linolenic acid: alpha-linolenic acid is a fatty acid in the Omega-3 family and contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood.
It is reported that the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 2 g of this fatty acid.
Directions for use:
