Ciminocta is a food supplement that contains two active substances that help counteract hot flashes and difficulty sleeping.
Characteristics:
- Helps reduce hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms such as sweating, restlessness and irritability.
- Melatonin helps decrease the time it takes to fall asleep.
- Contains vitamin B6 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Advice for use:
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day just before going to bed, for a minimum period of 2 months. This product is not intended for children, pregnant women, nursing mothers and people with liver problems.
