Directions for use:

Wash before first use. Wash on a delicate cycle at 30°C. Do not tumble dry or iron. To find your correct waist and hip size: Stand in front of a mirror and, tilting your torso slightly to the side, look for the crease that indicates the position of your natural waist. Measure your waist. Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part below your waist, passing parallel to the highest point of your buttocks.
