NiQuitin Mint 4mg 60 Lozenges

Niquitin Menta are indicated for the treatment of tobacco dependence by alleviating the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal, including the uncontrollable cravings associated with smoking cessation. Permanent smoking cessation is the eventual goal. Preferably, they should be used in conjunction with a behavioral support programme.

Active ingredient: Each lozenge contains 4mg of nicotine (in the form of nicotine resinate).

Dosage and method of administration:

The dosage of the sucking tablet will depend on the smoking habits of each individual. The tablet is suitable for smokers who smoke 20 or fewer cigarettes a day. A tablet to be sucked in the mouth should be placed and allowed to dissolve. Periodically, the lozenge should be moved from side to side in the mouth, repeatedly, until completely dissolved (approximately 10 minutes). The lozenge must not be chewed or swallowed whole. While the lozenge is in the mouth, it is not advisable to eat or drink.

Contraindications:
