Valdispro Sono Completo is a food supplement that helps maintain sleep, allowing for a calm and relaxing night.

Characteristics:

Based on plant extracts and melatonin.
They provide a double release, as the two layers are released at different times: 1st quick layer, green, in 15 minutes and the 2nd layer, brown, up to 8 hours.
The 1st layer contains melatonin and lemon balm extract that help you fall asleep.
The 2nd layer contains the remaining extracts of passionflower, valerian, hawthorn and California poppy that maintain sleep.
Does not cause habituation.

Usage advice:

It is recommended to take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bed.
