DormiNatur Valerian 30 tablets

DormiNatur Valeriana are infusion tablets based on Valerian, Passiflora and California Poppy, plants that promote relaxation and natural sleep.

Characteristics:

• Valerian stands out especially for its relaxing effect and contributes to the onset of sleep and natural sleep.
• Passiflora helps restore physical and mental well-being.
• The California Poppy helps to control stress and relaxation situations (situations of nervousness and anxiety). Improves the quality of natural sleep.

Advice for use:

To facilitate the onset of sleep, it is recommended to take 1-2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. For relaxation, 1 tablet is recommended up to three times a day. The tablets can be taken directly or as an infusion dissolved in hot water. Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity.
