Directions for use:

Heel pads should be used with socks or tights. Before using for the first time, remove the protective film covering the double adhesive and stick it to your shoes. If the heel pad is larger than your shoes, you can cut it to the desired width. They can be used daily for several months. Heel pads are not washable. Do not use on unprotected wounds. People suffering from arteritis, diabetes, polyneuritis, neuropathy of the lower limbs or varicose ulcers should never use the product on a wound, monitor your foot during use and in any case seek advice from your doctor or podiatrist.
