DermaPlast Active Reusable Gel Bag Hot / Cold is a reusable gel pouch for cold / heat therapy.

Features:

• Cold therapy: applying cold relieves pain locally and reduces swelling. It can be applied in the case of acute inflammation of joints and muscles, blunt injuries, bruises, insect bites and toothaches.
• Heat therapy: the application of heat stimulates the local blood circulation and has a relaxing effect. It can be used in case of muscle pain, back pain and menstrual pain.
• Gel composition: water, propylene glycol, gelling agent, dye.

Directions for use:

Cold therapy: cool the bag for 2 hours in the freezer, to -18ºC. Heat therapy: Submerge in hot water (maximum 80ºC) for 2 minutes or heat 55 seconds at 600 watt in the microwave. Never apply directly to the skin. Do not apply more than 20 minutes; wait 30 minutes between applications. Do not apply to children under 3 years old, disabled people, sick or sensitive to heat and cold.
