Farline Activity Therapeutic Hot and Cold Pack is a reusable gel bag indicated for cold and heat therapies, providing relief in various muscular and joint conditions.

Characteristics:

Heat treatment that relieves pain in the lower back, neck, somatic problems and chronic pain, promoting recovery from arthritis and muscle tension.
Cold treatment used to reduce temperature through physiotherapy, improve sprains and mild burns.
Dimensions: 23.5x15.5cm.

Instructions for use:

For cold use, keep the bag in the freezer (-15ºC) for at least two hours before use. Place the cold pack in the towel bag provided to insulate the cold. In the case of serious injuries, wet the towel before application so that the cold penetrates better. For hot use, immerse the bag in boiling water for 5 minutes or place it in the microwave at 1000W for 60 seconds. Before applying it to the skin, place the hot pack in the towel bag provided.
