Epitact Left Hand Flexible Proprioceptive Orthosis L

Epitact Flexible Proprioceptive Orthosis is indicated for the treatment and relief of sore thumb.

Features:

• Keeps the thumb in a resting position: the alignment of the thumb bones limits the forces exerted on the trapezio-metacarpal joint and relieves pain;
• It absorbs traumatic micromovements: during the day, the thumb appears to be at rest, however it moves constantly with the movement of the hands in space. Without immobilizing, the flexible orthosis will support the thumb and the 1st matacarpal. This proprioceptive support will help to absorb traumatic micromobilizations and limit painful inflammatory episodes;
• Maintains local heat: the Epitact Orthosis has an antalgic effect (pain relief), due to the properties of its tissue and silicone tendon that maintain local heat.
• Composition: 14% silicone, 86% polyamide/elastane fabric.

Usage advice:

This product is a daytime orthosis. There are two versions: right hand and left hand (the seam must be on the inside of the hand).
