Bruxicalm Sport Mouthguard for Bruxism

Bruxicalm Sport is a dental discharge mold whose main function is to protect teeth from impact/friction that occurs involuntarily during sports.

Directions for use:

Heat water to 70°C. Remove the protective mold from the container. Hold the protector by the protruding part with the product logo and submerge it completely in the water for 30 seconds. Slightly widen the sides of the protector to avoid bending them when inserting it into the mouth, taking care not to bite down on the bent sides. Insert the protector into the mouth, close your mouth without clenching your teeth. With your lips closed, inhale air to create suction for 1 minute and adapt the protector to the shape of your teeth. At the same time, press with your fingers for a better fit. After 1 minute, remove the protector from your mouth and immerse it in cold water for at least 20 minutes. The device should remain securely in place. If not, repeat the process from step 1. Finally, cut the protruding part with the product logo flush with the protector. If the protector is too long, trim the ends using the cut marks. If, after personalization, there are creases or folds in the material, remove them with scissors.
