Resource Thickener Clear 250g

Nestlé Resource Thickener Clear is a new thickener specially designed to quickly and conveniently thicken liquids, semi-solid foods and nutritional supplements for patients with dysphagia or difficulties swallowing.

Features:

• This product is especially indicated for the treatment of patients with swallowing difficulties: Prevention and treatment of dehydration in patients with dysphagia for liquids. Helps to achieve adequate textures in patients with dysphagia for solids.
• Compatible with diets for patients with dysphagia and: Diabetes Mellitus, overweight and obesity, increased fiber needs and low salt intake.
• Transparent and tasteless.
• Practical and quick thick. Total viscosity control.
• Resistant to amylase.
• It can be prepared in advance.
• Ingredients: Maltodextrin, xanthan gum and potassium chloride. It may contain milk.
• Suitable for children over 3 years old.

Directions for use:

For 100 ml of water or hot or cold drink, add 1 measuring spoon of thickener in an empty glass. Add the liquid to be thickened. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained (10 seconds). Wait. It must be used under medical prescription. Not recommended as the sole power source.
