Supofen 500mg 20 tablets

Supofen 500mg is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of flu syndromes and colds; in the treatment of mild to moderate pain (eg myalgia, headache, toothache, odynophagia) and in the treatment of fever lasting not more than 3 days. 

Active substances: 500mg paracetamol.

Dosage and method of administration:

Unless clinically indicated otherwise, the limit dosages are: Children from 7 to 14 years old – 1 tablet one to three times a day. Adults - 500 mg three or four times a day. The maximum daily dose, for children over 6 years of age and for adult men, should never exceed 4 g. The interval between doses should not be less than 4 to 6 hours. Supofen tablets should be taken with food or a full glass of water. 

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. Patients with severe hepatic impairment. Patients with glucose-6-phosphate deficiency.
